Traditional Lifestyle of Gaya
The people of the state of Bihar are considered to be quite orthodox in their thinking and approach to life. They have strong rooted values and believe in the rich Indian traditions. Meat and fish are however eaten, especially due to the number of rivers in Bihar such as the Sone, Gandak and the Ganges

With the influence of western culture and lifestyles, the way of dressing has also undergone a change. Western shirts and trousers are becoming popular among the both rural and urban male population.
